Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through shop.thegrumpysysadmin.com.

The Grumpy Sysadmin Shop sells both digital products and physical merchandise. Digital products are delivered electronically. Physical products are made to order and shipped through our production partner.

Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable guides, checklists, toolkits, playbooks, bundles, and other electronic resources.

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product will be shipped for digital-only purchases.

After completing your purchase, you may receive access to your digital files through the checkout confirmation page, your order confirmation email, a download link, or another electronic delivery method provided by the store.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, there are no shipping charges, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, or physical delivery times for digital-only orders.

If you do not receive your digital download link, cannot access your files, or have trouble with your purchase, please contact us at support@thegrumpysysadmin.com with your order number and we will help resolve the issue.

Physical Products / Merchandise

Some products sold through The Grumpy Sysadmin Shop may be physical merchandise. Physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

Processing & Fulfillment

Physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Origin

Physical orders are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful, and shipped from facilities within the United States.

Shipping Times - United States

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days, including processing and shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and product availability.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Flat Rate: $4.99 on physical product orders under $50.

Free Shipping: Physical product orders $50 and above.

Digital-only orders do not require physical shipping and do not include shipping charges.

International Orders

At this time, we only ship physical products within the United States. We plan to expand to international regions in the future.

Digital products may be available to customers outside the United States where permitted by law, platform rules, payment processor rules, and applicable store settings.

Order Tracking

For physical product orders, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Digital products do not include tracking numbers because they are delivered electronically.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to get physical orders to you quickly, delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, high demand, production delays, or carrier-related issues. If your physical order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For digital products, if you experience a delivery or access issue, please contact us at support@thegrumpysysadmin.com with your order number.

Wrong Address or Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout when ordering physical products. If a physical order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

- Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders not claimed within 30 days may be considered abandoned.

This section does not apply to digital-only purchases because no physical package is shipped.
